It's surprising how many people are too busy running their business to think about how they should promote it effectively. Good Public Relations have proven themselves over and over to generate masses of publicity and new business. I charge a retainer to cover the following activity. I will write a News section for your website, which I can send to you each month for you to publish. If I have designed the website myself I will update this and publish it for you within the retainer cost. This will usually be 200-300 words. I will send out a monthly email to your clients and prospects keeping them up to date with the latest news, information and events in your industry sector and reminding them of your services and any special offers it will contain a link to your website and be sent from your generic email address. The email will be approx 200-300 words long and the content will overlap with the above. I will inform your local media up to 12 times a year of your events, news, achievements. This will be in the form of a press release to local news desks. As a minimum I would contact 2 Newspapers, 1 radio station and local BBC and ITV. You will also receive a copy of any releases and conduct any interviews. Press releases are usually 200-300 words. This is a basic service for which the retainer fee is £60 per month.
